As an important part of wood pellet making machine, the ring die can be classified into two kinds, which are called ordinary ring die and vertical ring die. To clearly tell them, we should make a detailed comparison in the aspects of pelletizing way, inner structure and operation performance. Here firstly comes the difference of suppressing way. For ordinary ring die, the mold is in motion while the pinch roller is in immobility. Under the fast rotation of mold, wood materials are easy to be cracked. As a result, the finished wood pellet is unqualified in length and shapes.

While, for vertical ring die, the pinch roller is in motion. The wood materials would not be cracked. Therefore, the finished wood pellet is even in size and same in shape. The mold of ring die is placed thwartly in the wood pellet machine. If the feeding is uneven, raw material is easy to be accumulated in the bottom of mold under the gravity force. If accumulated materials cause vibration, the bearing would be more or less battered. While, for vertical ring die, the above problem does not exist.

Since the material distribution is finished by the rotating pinch rollers, overweight of material does not occur, let alone the vibration. Since all the movable parts of Fote wood pellet mill machine undergo the precise dynamic balance, vibration can not be felt at a half meter away. Being the leader of China mining machinery, Fote has made the production for more than 30 years.
