Buying agriculture land in the name of my father

Recently we dug up some old records and verified survey number on bhoomi.gov.in website (karnataka).

We found we still have some land (10 guntas) in my grandfather's name marked as inherited property.

Based on this, can my father get a PAHANI ? What is the procedure to obtain the same ?

My brother and I seriously want to pursue agriculture and are keen to buy some lands where we want to start cultivation, innovate new methods and help other farmers too in need.

Your inputs will be very valuable to me. Please let me know.

Just go to nearby Taluk office and provide survey no and you can Pahani printed.

Does it have to be the taluk office where the land is present or can I get it done anywhere in Bangalore city as well.. ?
