Borewell Issue ..Please suggest.

In our Land we digged a borewell, we found water level at 40 feet proceeded to 130 ft down. We found there are plenty of water inside as water level was at 40 ft.
We have used a Some brand Motor name Laxmi. It pumps full of water for 1 min and then pumps very less amount for 5 min. It cycles like this.

Would appreciate if some one let me know what could be the reason. Whether it is a Motor or Land problem.

Solution to variation in outlet water flow

U can install one controlling valve on outlet pipe or if already innstalled keep valve slightely opened and check flow is regulated or not. U can close or open valve accordingly.

Thanks verey much for your reply. But could you confirm this isn't due to land in there. Some says that water is moving out from that place to some near area over there, or been decieved by some other pump.
