Normally it is not adviceable to dig bore well during monsoon.. Bore machine owners also do not venture into wet fields as their vehicle may get trapped in mud.. Better to wait till Feb-March.. and then dig.. Till then you can pull on with monsoon water..
May be u can go in for small farm pond to store rain water and use it till then
