You can visit the site of PCRA or Petroleum Consevation Research Association and get all the help from that site. It is a Government on India site. Alternately you can also contact Tamilnadu Agriculturtal University in Coimbatore who have a bio-diesel section and a model is exhibited in their office. They will also provide adequate guidance.
