What would be the average per-acre price of cultivable farm-land, that has decent water availability ?
Location being anywhere in TN that is within 50-60Kms of Hosur.

within 50 kms towards denkanikotta, the average price for an acrs with water source and electricity on tar road is 15 lac per acr, with a motarable mud road is around 13 lac per acr. If you requirement without water source means without wee/borewell and eb with under ground water the price is around 9-12 lac per acr
