australian teak and sandalwood saplings details wanted

hi,
I have 10 acres land in chamarajanagar, karnataka. in that 350 coconuts treas and 700 two year old mango plants are there. balance 2 acres land is ideal. if any body advises me what can be grown in 2 acrea and inbetween coconut trees maintance free. i have done drip irrigation for entire land. i am planning for sandalwood, australian teak etc.,

A variety of intercrops like pineapple, banana, elephant-foot yam, groundnut, chillies, sweet potato, tapioca and different vegetables can be raised in coconut garden.

In older plantation cocoa, cinnamon, pepper, clove, nutmeg etc. can be grown as mixed crops.
For the rest 2 acre land you can go about with either sandalwood or australian teak

I would advise you to plant Sadalwood ( Satalum Album ). You can get the ready saplings. Please contact Dr. Muyeed @ 0 98863 62270 of the Institute of Wood Sciences in Bangalore. He will help you on from where you can buy the saplings and guide you.
Since you already have Mango plants, these can be good hosts for the Sandal trees.
