Require between 10 -50 acre agriculture land anywhere in the state of Maharashtra. Fed-up of corporate life, therefore willing to work hard in an agriculture project.

Fair knowledge about European farming and have instant access to that market.

Collaboration with like minded agriculturist / owner on shareholding basis is possible.

Quick and smooth deal is possible for land with clear title. Would primarily like to deal on 1 to 1, (Seller & Buyer i.e me).

However property agents who are professional, with good ethics and value system are welcome. ( I'm aware, it's difficult to get such a business person(s) )
