We are a "Proprietorship Concern", a dream of an Entrepreneur who made a paradigm shift into Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, working on a model where-in the farmers (Producers) can get the fixed price for their produce in spite of the market fluctuations, thus reducing the gap between the Producers and Consumers through complete transparency between the two.
What we do?
We are a agriculture company having an experience of more than 6 years who provide expertise to all agri-enthusiast to gain tax-free profits and also execute the projects not only in agriculture concentrating mainly on short-term crops such as Ginger Farming, Banana Farming and long term Agro-forestry crops such as Melia Dubia & Sandalwood but also Animal Husbandry such as Goat Farming and Calves Rearing.
We are looking for 50 Labourers (skilled or unskilled) to work in our Agriculture, Goat and Dairy farms situated at Thotagere, Chikkamadure and Chikkaveannahalli (Sasulu Hobli, Doddaballapur.) We provide the best salary in industry with free accommodation, free Group Insurance of Rs 1,00,000, joining Bonus (To be paid after completion of 90 days), Annual bonus (To be paid after completion of 365 days), Reference incentives, Medical facilities, 10% increment on salary each year etc to name a few....
Total no of families (To join immediately) – 25
Salary per family - Rs 12000/Month.
Joining Bonus (To be paid after completion of 90 days) – Rs 3000 (in addition to the salary).
Annual Bonus (To be paid after completion of 365 days) – Rs 12000 (in addition to the salary).
Free Accommodation, Provisions (Food) and Free Group Insurance of Rs 1,00,000 each.
