Agri. Land Purchase

From which Bank or Financial Institution will get loan for purchasing of agricultural land with lowest interest rate ? I contacted NABARD, but they are not directly financing to the individual, they only re-financing to Banks. Kindly advice

No,
Banks do not loan for the purpose of purchasing agriculture lands. How ever if you have any sort of Project, then the value of land is considered as investment from Proprietor/partner/firm.

Any bank loans are subject to the security, Profitability, alternative repayment capacity and many more etc s

Remember if you can show and prove a sum of Rs 2 as investment, then you may get Rs 1 as loan. But again there are so many ifs and buts
