I am a new hobby farmer (post retirement - no farming background - not doing it as a source of income - totally commited to natural farming) with a small holding of about 5 acres near Hyderabad. Presently I have fruit trees with intercropping of vegetables on about 2 acres and nothing happening on the balance 3 acres.
I want to try turmeric on 0.5 scre and garlic on another 0.5 acre. I want to do intercropping of banana (G-9 variety?) along with these 2 items.
Any inputs that you get pl keep me posted - let's see how we may help each other!
