whats your budget to set up a rice mill? you want to set up a full capacity automatic plant? such plants are called shellers.
there are small capacity plants also which cost less.
i have run a rice mill for 2 years.it needs big investment not only in plant and machinery but you have to buy paddy in bulk to keep your plant running in off season.
