I am an individual, Planning to sell our cocnut farm and empty plot near kibbanahalli cross, Off bh road, Tumkur district.

Asking price 48L for total 4 acres (12L per acre) (Slightly Nego). Its fetile red soil, any thing can be cultivated. or used for poulty/goat farm or resport weekend house purpose as well. well connected with tar roand and just 1.5 KM from railway station - daiky 4-5 direct trains from bangalore and shimoga
