The nearest Russian city is Birobidzhan (Jewish Autonomous Region) about 60 km.
To the nearest Chinese city Hayudao also about 60 km.
Between Birobidzhan and Hayudao already built a new asphalt road.

for Resident visa in Russia for you and your family need a permanent address of residence. Agricultural land is not housing and there is no address. I find there is huge variation in the value of Agricultural land itself given in the other postings. Could you explain why the one offered is so low?
