Wanted Farm Labour in near Hyderabad

I am about to start a dairy farm and looking for farm labour, its is very hard to get workers in near hyderabad, i heard people from bihar/orrisa are making their way into this but unable to get the contact details who can supply man power.

if anyone can give me the leads>???

we are looking for a farm labour family who can commit to work with us on a long term basis. of course, good working conditions guaranteed. Free accomodation with water and electricity and a monthly salary of 8000 (to the family) is on offer.
