I have a piece of land close to Municipal waste pond.

And iam interested to develop it to any suitable kind of project such as Power Generating Plant. to be able to start a Project i will need to be financed for Pre-operational costs.
Kindly advice how to acqure a loan from your Institution, i.e.Procedures etc.
