Dr Parashram Patil is currently serving as an Agriculture Export Policy Consultant to Ministry of Commerce & Industry (APEDA). He spent more than 10 years in the areas of agriculture and natural resources in the capacity of research and consultancy. He has a Doctorate Degree for his research on Agro Based Industry and Post Doctorate on Forest Accounting. As a consultant, he worked on various aspects of agriculture economy such as agriculture exports, agribusiness, agriculture productivity, agriculture marketing, agriculture finance, doubling farmers income, farm output, farm logistics, farmers producer companies, FPOs formation, connecting farmers with the market etc. He was involved in various activities which support entrepreneurship development in agriculture. His area of interest in agriculture is Agribusiness, Agricultural Export, Agriculture Economics, Forest Accounting, Policy Research.
